2. Location Data Usage
The app may collect location data when users are logged in and using ERP field functions. Location data may be collected to support attendance, field movement tracking, outlet creation, audit checklist location, and route history.
- Location may be captured during login, attendance, movement tracking, outlet creation, audit checklist initiation, and logout.
- GPS movement may be stored locally when the internet is unavailable and synchronized later.
- Location data is used only for authorized ERP monitoring and operational reporting.
- After logout or after configured auto-logout time, GPS tracking may stop according to company policy.
3. Camera, Gallery, and File Access
The app may request camera and gallery permissions when users need to upload photos or attachments. These may include outlet photos, audit checklist evidence, or other ERP-related images.
- Camera access is used to capture images directly from the device.
- Gallery access is used to select images from the device.
- Images may be uploaded to the ERP server and linked with the relevant ERP record.
- The app does not access photos unless the user selects or captures an image for ERP use.
4. How We Use Information
Collected information is used for ERP business operations, including:
- User authentication and session management
- Attendance and employee movement monitoring
- Order, delivery, collection, and outlet management
- Audit checklist creation, review, checking, and approval
- Reporting, management dashboard, and operational analysis

We do not sell user personal information to advertisers or third parties. Data may be accessed by authorized ERP administrators, management users, audit users, and technical support users based on their assigned permissions.

- Offline data is kept only for synchronization and ERP operation.
- Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect ERP data.
7. Data Retention
ERP records may be retained as long as necessary for business, audit, accounting, reporting, legal, and operational purposes. Location, attendance, order, collection, outlet, and audit records may be retained according to company policy.

Authorized users may contact the ERP administrator or company management to request correction, review, or deletion of applicable personal information, subject to company policy, audit requirements, legal obligations, and business record retention requirements.
